Where are my login details?
When you buy a course we email your login instructions, including a username and password, to the address used at checkout. If you can't find it, check your spam or junk folder, then reset your access at my1hs.com/forgotPassword.aspx using the email you bought with.
I didn't get my certificate
Certificates are not posted. The moment you pass the end-of-course assessment, you can download a printable PDF from the "Your Certificates" area of your learning dashboard. The assessment must be completed on a laptop or PC. If it isn't showing, email us and we'll sort it out.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Buy any mix of courses in one order and discounts apply automatically across your whole order: 10% off 10+, 20% off 50+, 30% off 100+ and 40% off 500+. For purchase orders, proforma invoices or invoicing on orders of 20 or more, just call or message us and we'll set it up.
What is your refund policy?
If you haven't started a course and it was purchased in error, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Refunds are handled in line with our Booking Terms & Conditions — get in touch and our team will talk you through your options.
