How long do the courses take? +
Most awareness courses take around 30–90 minutes and can be paused and resumed at any time. Larger qualifications such as the Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate take longer. Each course page shows its average completion time.

Do the certificates expire? +
Certificates do not carry a fixed expiry date, but most employers and accrediting bodies recommend refresher training every two to three years to keep knowledge current.
